Planning and Evaluation Meetings

Joint meeting with district superintendent to review and evaluate effectiveness of key strategies in order to create new action plans, identify best practices, and set new performance goals.

Key steps involved include:

1.) Measure results - Compare current performance to established goals.

2.) Review action plan - Understand what worked well and what didn't in order to identify best practices. Periodic evaluation of effectiveness of church projects and initiatives also allows pastors to:

  • Measure the effectiveness of projects and programs implemented by local assemblies
  • Make informed decisions about future church projects
  • Reward churches, pastors and members for accomplishments
  • Document additional opportunities for future projects
