Overseer:
Provide long and short–term advice to pastors and state auxiliary leaders regarding the achievement of strategic objectives and priorities. Ensure that churches, pastors and auxiliaries have the resources necessary to achieve their goals by being a source for identifying and delivering financial support, and/or helping to shape state–wide strategies for obtaining such support. Serve as a sounding board for pastors and auxiliary leaders while holding them and their respective churches to the highest standards of excellence.

Legal Representative:
Official standing to oversee the legal affairs of the House of God within the state; in consoltation with upper management and legal counsel.
