Periodic Progress Meetings:
The State Superintendent should have an agreed upon, (by pastors), calendar of dates set aside specifically to monitor the progress of the state churches and pastors toward reaching their growth targets and action items. These meetings should also tackle specific policy and procedure questions and issues. The meetings can be tele-conferences or onsite meetings.
