Recognition and Needs Communication

Organize and develop a State Recognition Team. The recognition team will be responsible for drafting and implementing a rewards system that recognize accomplishments by churches, pastors or members that contribute to the success and/or achievement of the state or local church's growth goals.

The superintendent should communicate on a regular basis the needs of each local church and/or pastor to the district superintendent and up-line managers.
